These classes are offered in our beautiful studio spaces inside Alignment Dance Arts in Stratford located at 45 Hollis Ave.
Stratford Classes
Baby & me Yoga-10am
Come connect with your new baby and other parents! These classes combine movement, breath, songs (and a little dancing perhaps) for you and baby. Each class will finish with a topic of conversation relevant to the joys and challenges of new parenthood. Suitable after 6 weeks postpartum. Please consult your health care provider before resuming exercise. 8 WEEK session this round $145 tax in. (Drop-in will be added if space allows.)

prenatal yoga
Where it all begins. These classes focus on building stability and strength in your body and mind with a theme of connection to self and baby. Suitable for most levels, modifications are always offered. Classes include physical postures, breath work, movement/positions for birth and conversation time to discuss various pregnancy and postpartum topics. Please consult your health care provider. 8 WEEK session this round. $145 tax in. (Drop-in will be added if space allows.)

Baby & Me Dance Party
Come join the cutest dance party on PEI! This gentle, dance based fitness class will leave you feeling empowered and re-connected to yourself. Featuring music for YOU (no twinkle twinkle here) you'll dance with baby in a carrier or wrap. These classes are very come as you are and will include a gentle stretch and convo time. NO dance experience required. 8 WEEK session this round. $145 tax in. (Drop-in will be added if space allows.)

Superhero (toddler/kid) yoga
Does your child love to move and use their imagination? This class is for them. Join us for a yoga adventure incorporating music, stories, movement, and fun! This class is intended for a grown up to participate with their little one, it's a fun new way to connect. Capes included! (suggested ages 2-6 but up to your discretion.) MARCH BREAK Drop-In! $18 tax in.
