Stratford Classes
Baby & me Yoga-10am
Come connect with your new baby and other parents! These classes combine movement, breath, songs (and a little dancing perhaps) for you and baby. Each class will finish with a topic of conversation relevant to the joys and challenges of new parenthood. Suitable after 6 weeks postpartum. Please consult your health care provider before resuming exercise. 6 week session $110 tax in. (Drop-in $20 tax in, scroll down to bottom of page for that sign up.)

prenatal yoga
Where it all begins. These classes focus on building stability and strength in your body and mind with a theme of connection to self and baby. Suitable for most levels, modifications are always offered. Classes include physical postures, breath work, movement/positions for birth and conversation time to discuss various pregnancy and postpartum topics. Baby & Me Dance Party
You've seen them online...now it's here on PEI! This gentle, dance based fitness class will leave you feeling empowered and re-connected to yourself. Featuring music for YOU (no twinkle twinkle here) you'll dance with baby in a carrier or wrap. These classes are very come as you are and will include a gentle stretch and convo time.
